Description:

The PRISM ARMOR App is a mobile platform offering SMS tools for PRISM customers, including Hazard/Event Reporting, Flight Risk Analysis Tool (FRAT), and Ground Risk Analysis Tool (GRAT).

ARMOR streamlines HAZREP/Event reporting, FRAT, and GRAT for convenient submission into your Safety Management System (SMS). The PRISM ARMOR App grants access to your operation’s personalized reporting forms.

<ul>
<li>Operates in online and offline modes</li>
<li>Syncs with the PRISM ARMOR website in online mode to ensure data alignment</li>
<li>Generates notification emails based on report submissions in online mode</li>
</ul>

HAZREP/Event Reporting:
<ul>
<li>Create and submit new reports using customizable templates</li>
<li>Ability to attach images from the device’s camera or photo library</li>
</ul>

FRAT:
<ul>
<li>Create new pre-flight reports or access/update pending reports stored on the device or synced from the website</li>
<li>Enable email notifications for designated risk levels and/or completion</li>
</ul>

GRAT:
<ul>
<li>Create new ground evolution/work task reports or access/update pending reports stored on the device or synced from the website</li>
<li>Activate email notifications for designated risk levels and/or completion</li>
</ul>

NOTE: The PRISM ARMOR App for iOS is exclusively available to current PRISM SMS subscription customers. The App must be in online mode for proper data and template synchronization with the PRISM website. Reports created offline will only appear on the website after an online sync is completed.
